I wanted to drop you a note of appreciation.

My wife was extremely please to have our dryer back in running order so quickly. With a family of five and two kids on sports teams, she is doing laundry daily. When S&R was able to come to the rescue, you made her day.

I have to say that it was a pleasant experience to be able to call for help and get such quick results. Not only that, but to have the person who answers the phone arrive at your home to do the repair was nice.

Please put us on your list for air conditioning maintenance calls for this spring, if you feel that our furnace is ready for a check up, let’s do that as well.

Dear S&R Appliance,

Thank you for the excellent service you gave me to repair my air condition unit. I had called another heating & air-conditioning Service Company and they told me I needed a new compressor. The cost was well over $600. I told them I wanted to think about it and call them back. My neighbor suggested that I call S&R Appliance. Rob came on a service call the next day and told me the repair cost was $75. (for new start up capacitor). I was overwhelmed! You installed the new part and the A/C unit is still working great!
